Overview
In our Kickboxing program, members will gain a hands-one understanding of the traditional Martial Art. Fighting techniques will be explained and drilled during class. A higher level of strength and conditioning will also be attained as one continues to progress through the program

Flexibility
A common attribute all athletes from any sports wish to develop is their flexibility. Flexibility is a crucial factor in developing a strong, well-rounded Kickboxing. Our instructors will make sure that as you progress in the program, your flexibility progresses with you. Greater flexibility allows the practitioner to lessen the chance of injury and increase range of motion for more powerful attacks

Cardiovascular Endurance
As a Kickboxing student you’ll increase your cardio during class time. Punching, kicking, footwork drills, core exercises, are amongst regular physical activities you can expect.

Kickboxing for Kids
The Kickboxing program is available for kids as well. The minimum age we require for this program is 12 years old. If practitioner is younger than the minimum age, the instructor can evaluate the situation and decide if the child is ready to start training
